Warranty
NuEditions warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser in the United States. At its discretion, NuEditions may repair or replace the affected product or component.
Warranty limitations
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized modification, accident, or damage in transit. Natural variations in wood, stone, leather, fabric, and finish are characteristics of the material rather than defects.
Cancellation policy
Custom and special orders cannot be canceled. Standard orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. Requests must be submitted in writing and are not effective until NuEditions confirms them.
Return policy
Returns require prior written authorization. Approved merchandise must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and received within 30 days. A 30% restocking fee applies. Shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable; custom and special-order furniture cannot be returned. Report damage claims within seven days of delivery.
